Large Scale Solar
RC Energy provides fixed, low cost energy production for institutions (education, municipalities, corporate). Large ground mount systems function to supplement the grid and offset a substantial portion of our customers’ energy usage. Solar systems are often installed on less desirable institutional acreage. Long term agreements can result in annual savings that are 10-20% below utility prices, and savings can grow over time as utility costs increase. Large Scale Solar provides a great opportunity to reduce carbon footprint while providing meaningful utility bill savings.

Multi-Site Rooftop Solar
For customers that have a series of available rooftop space over multiple buildings or sites, or for customers who are in heavy time-of-use demand pricing zones from the local utility, RC Energy will install both solar energy panels and and battery energy storage. This integrated solution allows for the storage of solar energy, leaving customers with the two cost saving options : 1) dispatch of extra energy to the utility or 2) offset of the utility’s service to you during peak demand times.

Lighting As a Service
For large facilities (i.e. factory settings), RC Energy provides a cost-effective way to transition to modern LED lights. No upfront costs, no capital procurements - RC Energy takes care of every aspect of your new LED system. This is a self-funding program: the savings from switching to energy efficient LEDs will offset costs of the install and maintenance. Our long term service agreements are off-balance sheet. RC Energy will remove internal stakeholder responsibility for repair and replacement, freeing up your maintenance team for other projects.

Energy Project Financing
Regardless of your energy project needs - no matter how diverse and unique - RC Energy are experts at creating solutions. This may include things like HVAC upgrades, duct work, building automation and control systems, co-generation equipment, and more. These agreements typically run 5-10 years and can often be structured as loan, a lease, or an off-balance sheet service agreement.
