At RC Energy Group, Ms. Maddox oversees the administration and contractual side of RCEG’s solar projects.
Ms. Maddox began her career as a staff auditor at Arthur Young, and subsequently moved to an internal auditor position at Affiliated Bankshares, a bank holding company. Ms. Maddox developed her expertise in the equipment leasing industry with Capital Associates International, Inc., where she held various positions, including Assistant Vice President in the Marketing Administration department. In this role, she was responsible for all aspects of the documentation and final financing of the various leasing and syndication transactions of the company. She held a similar position at Southern Pacific BanCapital as Assistant Vice President Contracts. Ms. Maddox holds a degree in accounting with an advance degree in finance.
